Additionally, we provide outsourced tooling manufacturing, spare parts, and cross-referencing of obsolete vendor parts, thanks to our OEM Spare Parts Program.
History
LPUS Lab S.A. was founded in 2020 with the goal of providing exceptional design, engineering, and manufacturing services to the plastic pipe industry.
Our Engineering Director, a co-founder of the company, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his tenure as a Senior Design Engineer at the world's largest PVC pipe belling manufacturing companies. He has also contributed to PVC pipe production at top global manufacturers, bringing deep expertise in automating industrial processes and conducting advanced structural analysis — both linear and non-linear — within the plastics and rubber product development sectors.
Our Mold Design Chief, also a co-founder, has over 35 years of experience in the complex rubber manufacturing industry. He has worked with some of the largest pipe seal companies worldwide as a Senior Design Engineer, where he built extensive expertise in designing and manufacturing pipe seals, pipe restrainers, and production tooling such as injection molds and belling tooling for these products

About Us
Our Manufacturing Team brings years of industry experience, with most of our employees coming from the renowned company BellTech, where they received extensive training in line with PVC pipe industry standards.
With over 25 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and commissioning belling machinery, our team has successfully rebuilt, refurbished, and enhanced belling machinery for leading international companies. We ensure every project is completed on time and within defined specifications.
Our Electrical and Control Engineering Department adheres to OSHA and CSA standards during PLC programming, power, and safety design, ensuring that the machinery operates safely while maintaining optimal productivity. This is backed by our team's extensive expertise in belling machine commissioning.
Additionally, we have developed a reliable Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program tailored to the PVC pipe industry. This program, built on the belling machinery manufacturing knowledge gathered by our team over the years, can help your company reduce downtime, increase production output, and extend the lifespan of your machinery.
Our manufacturing team is also capable of machining standard and collapsible belling tooling abroad, up to 48” C905, and refurbishing it according to customer specifications while following industry standards such as ASTM and AWWA.
